Take 5 Oil Change

They gave me a bottle of water, but then I waited 30 minutes behind a car being serviced in the bay. That car never moved - they moved me to another bay. Then a 25 further minutes before they apologized for the wait. After 60 minutes a mosquito visited me but still no service. At 75 minutes, and 3 dead mosquitoes (that scored several bites), they started on my car. Of 4 service levels, the lower two were "not available." Interesting given the 9 drums full of oil stack on the wall. Maybe that is waste oil, but it gives the impression stocks are full. Fortunately the online $25 coupon worked. So "Fastest Oil Change on the Planet? I think not. I was out after 100 minutes. Whoa. Service personnel Brandon and Tamir were courteous and professional. But glacial. Lots of time in the break room. No real excuse for the slow performance. Maybe tired and unmotivated. Okay management, how about some motivation for something closer to advertised speed!

Harlem was the most professional and kindest young man. He did exceptional service and gave me some muvb needed information on my vehicle no one else has. He was fast and prompt. He was polite and I pray the company is taking care of him well.

Long wait, felt like I got hosed. 3 bays filled plus cars waiting but staff only could work on one car. The $85.99 oil change wasn't available which forces you buy at least the $104 oil change, this should be presented outside during the long wait time.

I had an oil change. Odd that the service is not listed in this survey, since it is their basic service. The place was very busy, so the wait was longer than I expected. Service recommendations seemed appropriate for my vehicle (no aggressive upselling), and once started, went smoothly. Workers were efficient and courteous. Checked fluids, filters, and tires. A good experience overall.
